The Willow Wedding & Event Center is absolutely breathtaking and highly recommend this venue! From the desert landscape, to the beautifully decorated Willow house, to the Acero Barn, everything is truly magical. The team from day 1 was super responsive and flexible for us to come in and tour. We met with Kelsey and she showed us the property, we immediately fell in love with the venue. Our day of coordinator was Bristol. She was INCREDIBLE and totally brought our vision to life! She managed coordinating with vendors to ensure they were set up for success as well. We are forever grateful for the Willow team and their amazing hospitality and execution of our wedding. We had our wedding at The Willow on March 29th with 125 guests and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The venue itself is stunning and every detail made our day feel so special and beautiful. Our coordinator, Abbye, was truly amazing. She went above and beyond for us, making sure everything ran smoothly and stress-free. She was so attentive, organized and genuinely cared about making our day perfect. The entire staff was incredible, very friendly and helpful throughout the whole event. The DJ kept the energy up all night and the bartenders were fantastic and kept everyone happy. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and are so grateful to everyone who made our wedding day unforgettable. It truly all went perfectly & I highly recommend booking The Willow!

The Willow is a STUNNING wedding venue! The desert landscape and beautiful cacti created a truly magical backdrop that made our day feel unforgettable. Every photo and every moment was elevated by the natural beauty surrounding us. The Willow was intimate, serene, and completely unique! There are no words to describe the feeling of getting married here!! ❤️🌵✨ Even though we brought in our own day-of coordination team, the staff at the Willow was amazingly professional and easy to work with. Kelsey was an absolute gem throughout the whole process! Do not look any further, book this venue, you will not regret it!!!

My husband and I got married at The Willow on 2/27/26, and it was a wonderful experience! Everything ran so smoothly, and our guests absolutely loved their time there. The sunset and the desert backdrop were just perfection. I truly couldn’t have imagined a better day for us. Thank you to our coordinator, Kennedy, for answering all of our questions. I wish I had seen Kennedy more during our wedding day, she was that sweet and great to work with! We loved everything about The Willow and everything that’s included. I highly recommend it if you’re looking for the perfect wedding day venue! ☺️

I don’t even know where to start other than the Willow was better than we could ever have dreamed of. Me and my husband got married here on 3/6/26 and from the second that I walked into this venue I knew this was the perfect place. The team blew our mind at their hard work, dedication, and time to handle everything. Bristol was absolutely amazing, she answered every email, every text and never failed to help answer any question I had. The wedding day was absolutely perfection, everything that I could’ve dreamed of & more. Bristol and her team worked so hard & made this night so amazing. I couldn’t recommend The Willow more. It gives amazing desert views, perfect ceremony seating, a great reception space, an amazing area to get ready for the big day. I am so greatful for all this venue & team did for us. We loved our day & team at The Willow, we will never forget it.
